Coaching
Individual coaching when one person needs focused preparation.
There are times when a general workshop is not what someone needs.
You may have an important presentation coming up. You may know the material but feel uncertain about the delivery. You may need someone to challenge the structure, review the slides, anticipate questions, or simply give you direct feedback before you walk into the room.
That is where individual coaching fits.

How we work together
One-on-One Speaker Coaching
Work directly on how you communicate.
Individual coaching gives us time to focus on your presentation style, preparation habits, message, delivery, and the specific situations where you want to improve. The work is built around you and the communication demands you actually face.
Rehearsal & Critique
Run the presentation before it counts.
Bring the presentation, deck, talking points, or current draft. Bob will work through it with you and look at the message, organization, timing, slides, transitions, delivery, and likely audience questions. The goal is to identify problems while there is still time to fix them.
Confidence Coaching
Preparation can remove a lot of unnecessary uncertainty.
Confidence is easier to build when you know what you want to say, why you are saying it, and how you plan to handle the room. These sessions focus on preparation and practice so you can walk in knowing you have already worked through the difficult parts.
Process
What to expect
A short conversation
We begin with a short conversation about the presentation or communication challenge.
Review and work
Then Bob reviews the material, works through the areas that need attention, and provides practical feedback you can use immediately.
A clearer plan
You leave with a clearer plan for what to change, what to practice, and what to keep.
Rehearsal Spotlight
A rehearsal can cover the opening, core message, structure, timing, slide sequence, transitions, delivery, anticipated questions, closing, and any part of the presentation that currently feels uncertain. We do not have to rebuild everything. Sometimes the most useful work is finding the two or three things getting in the way and fixing those first.
Confidentiality
Coaching conversations are handled discreetly. If an organization or employer is involved, the scope of the engagement and any communication with that organization should be clear before the work begins.
Prepare before the stakes are high.
Tell Bob what is coming up, when it is happening, and where you would like help.
